We are looking for an English Teacher for an international school based in Shanghai. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year in Fall 2026.About the SchoolThis private K to 12 bilingual school in Minhang District, Shanghai is part of a larger education group and is led by a team of both international and Chinese educators, focused on developing globally minded students and helping them reach their potential. The school offers a bilingual, integrated curriculum across all stages, including IB in primary, a blended programme in middle school, and IGCSE and A Level pathways in high school. It is also an IB Primary Years Programme candidate and is working toward full IB authorization.Job details

Teach English to middle school students ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
Develop supportive and safe learning environments

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in English, Education or related field
Minimum 2 years of full-time working experience in bilingual setting
