1.Position Title: ESL English Teacher for Students Aged 6-12
2.Working Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday are working days; full days off on Monday and Tuesday, and mornings off on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
3.Core Responsibilities: Work closely with the Chinese teaching team to deliver high-quality English instruction and ensure excellent teaching outcomes for students.II. Compensation & Benefits
1.Accommodation: Free apartment provided for the duration of employment.
2.Monthly Salary: RMB 15,000 - 20,000 after probation, with salary adjusted based on the number of students taught.
3.Training & Probation Period: The first month of employment is a training and adaptation period, with 3 working days per week and a fixed monthly salary of RMB 10,000.
4.Travel Allowance: Reimbursement for a one-way air ticket to China.
5.Career Development Opportunity: After 2 years of continuous employment, eligible candidates may be promoted to Training Supervisor, with a monthly salary of RMB 5,000 - 10,000. This role does not require daily teaching, only regular organization of teaching training sessions.III. Job Requirements
1.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in English, Education, or a related field.
2.Experience Requirement: At least 2 years of graduation from the date of application.
3.Core Competencies: Strong communication skills, excellent learning ability, and high adaptability.
4.Personal Traits: Outgoing, energetic, and a strong team player.
