- Lead the technical design of Imaging and Workflow application system according to the functional and non-functional requirements
- Prepare technical design of MSSOT Imaging and Workflow application system according to the functional and no-functional requirements.
- Ensure application designs are technically coherent and future proof, compliant with business requirements, approved technologies, best practices and group strategies
- Review code and documentation to ensure it meets the design criteria with good quality
- Apply specialist expertise in the design with the objective of optimizing operational performance and improving quality whilst increasing cost-effectiveness
- Provide technical leadership during pilot and design phase
- Develop application architectural strategies for infrastructures, design and implementation to address business requirements
- Design business applications, ensuring system scalability, security, performance and reliability
- Create and enforce application development standards
- Promote standard tools, manage and track adoption
- University graduate with a degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline.
- Experience in Finance and Banking industry environment, preferably in a global environment.
- Previous working experience in fund administration, fund accounting and valuation, investor services, securities custody and clearing systems is preferred.
- Proven experience in architectural / technical design of IT systems.
- Experience on Java, API, WebSphere, Liberty, Spring
- Experience on Enterprise java projects, web-based application design, development.
- Takes ownership of the technical solution and oversee the implementation with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines.
- Experience on continual integration framework, like Jenkins, Ansible, G3
- Experience on automation testing framework, like Selenium, Fitness
- Good communication skill in spoken and written English
- Must be imaginative and innovative.
- Proactive and outgoing personality with the ability to work independently.
- Experience on process flow analysis, design and re-engineering.
- Experience on Automated Work Distributor (AWD) or other Business Process Management (BPM) tool is definite an advantage.
- Good understanding on Business Process Management Life-cycle and experience on Business Process Model and Notation is definite an advantage.
