The I2C Manager overseeing accounts receivable, cash collection, invoicing, and claims resolution to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The role also partners with cross-functional teams to manage credit risk.

Manage and optimise the invoice-to-cash (I2C) processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Oversee credit control and collections to minimise risk and maintain cash flow.
Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and company policies.
Generate and present regular reports on I2C performance metrics and key financial data.
Drive process improvements and implement practices within the I2C function.

Team operations including AR, invoicing, and claims.Manage team with proactive issue resolution.

Strong knowledge of I2C processes, systems and data.
Business partnering and service-oriented mindset.
University Degree preferably in Business Administration or Finance & Accounting.
Good command of oral and written English.
Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Power point, Power BI, Copilot).
5+ years working experience in Finance and/or Customer Service or center of excellence and min. 2 years as people/team manager.
