This role is responsible for managing group-level compensation and benefits initiatives and HRIS operations, driving data-driven HR decisions and digital transformation across multiple markets.
  • Deliver effective Group C&B services and initiatives in all Markets across the Group.
  • Support local HRIS operations in Mainland China, including access right authority, HR master data management for organization changes, manager and above levels information maintenance for employee life cycle in the company, handling master data checking and reporting processes, performance review & annual salary review via HR system process, and downstream systems' coordination and contact window.
  • Assist in planning, designing and implementing annual C&B exercises, including performance management, goals setting, annual salary reviews, discretionary bonus scheme and other group incentives schemes for executives.
  • Manage full spectrum of C&B administration, including payroll and benefits administration, and tax reporting etc. for group executives, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local employment, tax, and other relevant regulations.
  • Assist in staff insurance programme reviews and broker/vendor selection to align with business needs.
  • Prepare staff cost and headcount budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
  • Prepare regular management reports on C&B, staff cost, headcount and HR analytics to support the data-driven decision-making.
  • Assist in reviewing, drafting and updating the C&B policies from time to time to ensure the policies are compiled with the Labor Laws and Ordinance in respective Markets.
  • Support and participate in C&B-related surveys and market bench-marking to ensure competitiveness of total reward for talent attraction and retention.
  • Supervise external vendors and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to drive for the successful enhancement, development and maintenance of HRIS and other HR digitization projects, enhancing HR capabilities, efficiency and productivity.
  • Perform any ad-hoc projects as assigned Jobholder Qual.

  • Bachelor's degree or above. Familiar with human resources professional knowledge and labor law, HR policies, and regulations.
  • Minimum 8 years of solid HR experience in sizeable organizations in C&B, Payroll, HRIS and digitalization areas, preferably with hands-on experience in Workday and other large-scaled HRIS systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Familiar with working process / functions of HR professional.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent English in reading and writing.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
