We are pioneering a new business model for the group where our own in-house beauty assortment is complemented with the latest external Beauty brands, allowing our customers to complete their fashion look with the best in beauty.Job DescriptionAs Product Developer at H&M BEAUTY you will be an essential part of developing our H&M Beauty Private Label products.The assignment and focus areas include:

Understand H&M beauty customer & scout for global innovative products in fairs, online & stores.
Close collaboration with suppliers to propose innovative products proactively & grow their capabilities
Products you will develop will need the best price, quality, and launched as fast as possible.
Strong stakeholder management as collaboration with our buying office in Sweden is needed for this role.
You will also receive product briefs for few product categories, you have responsibility in driving development, quotation and order follow up processes per the set strategy to secure the best deal for our customers.

Qualifications

True Passion for Beauty/Cosmetics
MUST HAVE: Excellent knowledge of the global trends for Make-up, Tools, Fragrances & Body care. (Store & online platforms such as Tik Tok, Little Red book, Instagram)
Excellent understanding of the Beauty customer needs
3-5 years of experience working in the beauty industry, for a brand/supplier/trading
Excellent level of English (Oral/Written) as the role requires to collaborate closely with our Buying office in Sweden
Strong communication skills in terms of presenting, influencing and working in a global network
High level of salesmanship, ownership, flexibility & entrepreneurial spirit
Team player / connectedness (ability to connect with people in an effective way)
Experience living abroad would be a plus (Studying or working)
Knowledge of the Chinese supplier base would be a plus
