- Deliver bi-annual training progress reports to HQ, analyzing regional performance trends and strategic insights to foster alignment between global objectives and local market execution.
- Act as a strategic feedback conduit for HQ-cascaded training tools, evaluating regional applicability and advocating for localized adaptations to address cultural, operational, or linguistic gaps.
- Jointly develop a region-specific education and training roadmap in collaboration with Retail, Marketing, and Commercial teams, integrating brand priorities, channel-specific needs, and performance targets.
- Establish transparent communication protocols and stakeholder engagement frameworks to ensure cross-functional alignment on training initiatives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Optimize resource allocation by managing the annual training budget, prioritizing high-impact programs, and balancing global/local material procurement costs.
- Culturally adapt global training frameworks for brand/market/channel relevance, addressing time, budget, and infrastructure constraints while preserving core brand messaging.
- Curate and procure training resources, including:
- HQ-provided materials and incentives aligned with annual forecasting cycles.
- Ingredient samples, digital tools, or external vendor partnerships to enhance experiential learning.
- Develop localized training assets to fill critical gaps in HQ-provided content, ensuring cultural nuance and regional regulatory compliance.
- Deploy multichannel engagement strategies, leveraging offline (classroom, in-store coaching) and online platforms (webinars, e-learning modules) to standardize brand terminology, service protocols, and CX excellence across omnichannel touchpoints.
- Maintain dynamic communication channels (newsletters, portals, huddles) to keep brand ambassadors, distributors, and trainers informed of brand updates and practices.
- Orchestrate logistics coordination, from venue selection to travel planning, maximizing budget efficiency and participant engagement.
- Implement centralized inventory systems for training materials, overseeing distribution, storage, and tracking across regional hubs and external facilities.
- Generate post-training impact assessments, combining quantitative metrics (skill proficiency, sales uplift) and qualitative feedback to refine programs and propose agile iterations to the annual plan.
- Conduct rigorous outcome evaluations against KPIs (e.g., customer satisfaction scores, conversion rates) to validate ROI and inform commercial strategy adjustments.
- Execute ad-hoc projects as assigned, including pilot programs, crisis response training, or cross-departmental knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Experience: 6-8 years of experience in a similar position at a regional level, coming from the cosmetics or FMCG Industry, preferably with some years of experience specifically in beauty and cosmetics.
- Education: Degree holder and/or have professional training credentials.
- Languages: Able to train and facilitate workshops in English and Mandarin.
