As a 3PL & Logistics Operation Manager, you will own the end-to-end logistics footprint-from D2C parcels to B2B pallets-while driving sustainability, quality, safety and cost excellence. You will lead vendor ecosystems, craft resilient strategies and turn disruptions into competitive advantages for our iconic brands.
  • Manages the physical flow of products including traceability respecting all guidelines (safety, quality and environment)
  • Drives delivery and improvement in logistics KPIs; identifies and escalates logistics performance issues (eg. Service issues, missing inventory, quality issues)
  • Selection of suitable Logistics Service Providers and Vendor Partners, establishing and managing sound contract conditions and maintaining a beneficial working relationship with the service providers.
  • Correct construction, control and management of the budget for Physical Logistics (cost budget for Physical Logistics and new investment requirements).
  • Adapting to changes in the logistics scenario and/or market environment and government regulations. Dealing with unexpected Supply Chain disruptions by ensuring an adequate level of flexibility of structures and processes to meet ad-hoc customer requirements.
  • Create a logistics strategy and ensure the logistics footprint is optimised considering cost-to-serve, inventory policy and customer service requirements.
  • Sets and delivers the relevant KPIs for logistics.
  • Identifies and drives cost saving initiatives in the area of logistics through strategic sourcing of logistics services and efficiency in operations.

  • 8 + years cross-functional supply-chain experience with ≥3 years in 3PL / transportation (FMCG, pharma or cosmetics preferred).
  • Deep end-to-end logistics know-how and cost-control mindset; strong negotiator, collaborator and coach.
  • Fluent English and Mandarin for seamless global-local communication.
  • Core competencies: Functional/Technical 4, Drive for Results 4, Project & Change Mgmt 4, Risk/Financial/Communication/Innovation ≥ 3.
