- Strategy Development: Define a forward-looking digital technology strategy (encompassing consumer engagement, social media, martech, adtech, CDP, VOC, etc.) that aligns with business objectives and evolving consumer needs. Ensure agility to adapt to emerging trends.
- Innovation Leadership: Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies (AI-powered content creation, data-driven marketing, etc.) to elevate digital experiences and fuel business growth.
- Project & Iteration Management**: Oversee end-to-end execution of digital initiatives, including roadmap planning, solution design, resource allocation, and sprint prioritization. Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with marketing, CRM, eCommerce, DTC teams, technical delivery, and global stakeholders to align digital solutions with broader business
- Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage analytics and consumer insights to guide technology decisions and enhance digital product performance.
- Security & Compliance: Uphold stringent data security and privacy standards, ensuring all digital practices comply with regulations and industry requirements.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead digital technology teams, fostering collaboration and high performance across D&T and business functions.
- Budget Oversight: Optimize resource allocation and manage the digital technology budget for maximum efficiency and ROI.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing Technology, Statistics , or a related field.
- 10+ years in digital technology leadership , with a strong understanding of the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry .
- Proven track record in product/platform management , including:
- product vision & roadmap planning
- OKR/ROI-driven performance tracking
- Agile delivery & backlog prioritization
- Storytelling, prototyping, and UX-driven design
- Deep knowledge of:
- Digital platforms, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), and mobile technologies
- API integrations, data analytics, and cybersecurity practices
- AI/ML applications in marketing & consumer insights
- Strategic Thinking - Ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
