- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and KPIs for the RS website to drive world class customer experience and revenue growth across the 'Buy' domain.
- Translate business goals and user needs into detailed requirements and user stories.
- Own and maintain the product backlog, prioritize features and bugs, and ensure a continuous delivery pipeline.
- Clearly define acceptance criteria and validate completed work against requirements.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, UX/UI, engineering, and leadership to align on goals and execution plans.
- Gather feedback and adjust the roadmap based on evolving needs and insights.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate feasibility, scope technical trade-offs, and ensure alignment with architectural best practices.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Manage and cooperate with vendor for technical part.
- Lead the launch process, including testing, deployment coordination, and post-launch analysis.
- Use analytics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and feature enhancements.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a Product Owner or Technical Product Management role, ideally in web-based platforms and WeChat app.
- Strong understanding of modern web technologies (e.g., CMS platforms, APIs, front-end frameworks, responsive design, SEO best practices).
- Proven experience working in Agile / Scrum development environments.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Contentful).
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with website performance optimization, accessibility, and security is a plus.
- Thrive on managing multiple projects and activities with a variety of different stakeholders.
- Fluent in Chinese; English proficiency is a plus.
- Experience launching new websites or digital products from scratch.
- Basic understanding of HTML / CSS / JavaScript or ability to read technical documentation.
- UX/UI sensibility and understanding of user-centric design principles.
- Experience with A/B testing, personalization, or other optimization techniques.
- Have a passion for and experience of making life easier for customers in an e-commerce context.
