- Define, develop, and execute the strategies and business plans related to focus segments, resources and applications for Hydrogen markets in collaboration with the Product and Sales & Marketing teams.
- Ensure the strategies and business plans are aligned with the overall division’s strategy to achieve defined targets for UNIREC, etc.
- Identify and make early engagement for Hydrogen projects with major customers (e.g. OEMs, EPCs, DI/SIs, Developers, Energy groups).
- Build up strategic & long-term partnerships with key customers and strengthen market & customer influences & intimacy.
- Drive business growth focused on potential projects, market share and customer acceptance, as well as the implementation of UNIREC product, applications and segment initiatives, in collaboration with the division stakeholders and local resources.
- Raise market awareness of UNIREC & relevant portfolio as a credible power supply and solution provider in the Hydrogen value chain.
- Oversee the implementation of Hydrogen-related activities for agreed cross-divisional, product groups and local initiatives, also support the organization in the execution of product launches and customer events when required.
- Provide voice-of-customer feedback and industrial competitive changes to align product development with market needs & trends.
- Sales supports for China to global EPCs projects.
- Try best to promote solutions optimization, business model innovations, new fields and new customers development, etc.
- Share functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
- Ensure all staff (under scope) understand ABB’s core values and group safety and integrity standards and act accordingly.
- Implement and ensure compliance with the ABB code of conduct, global and local standards, tools, policies, and processes in assigned area.
- Ensure adherence to all internal and statutory regulations and policies pertaining to the teams in scope.
- Ensure integrity and compliance with ABB values and ethics in all activities across all teams in scope.
- Accountable for the health and safety of all employees and contractors for the teams in scope, and continuous improvement in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) processes and integrity performance.
- Coordinates contingency and business continuity with the existing processes in collaboration with local and global stakeholders.
- Supports the collaboration between Product, Marketing and Operation teams, functions, global expertise, factories, and relevant resources.
- Leading effective, capable internal and external communication.
- Bachelor above degree, better by master of business administration, with over 6-years sales & marketing experience in Energy and OGC fields.
- Major of Automation or Electrical, familiar with relevant technologies.
- Business Strategy & Market Intelligence skills for Go-to-market actions.
- Portfolio Management support for feasible co-working initiatives.
- Marketing Campaign and Partnership Supports.
- Open mindset, quick learning and strong negotiation abilities.
