"A.Enhance the global and Region policy implementation and risk management
B. Procurement of indirect Category & Commodities (MRO, Facility Services, Packaging, and other service etc.) for Eaton through bidding, benchmarking, and negotiation;
C.Collaborates with stakeholders to achieve assigned special projects and or initiative outcomes
D.Supplier base development, prequalification and management to ensure cost-effective supply with consistent quality and acceptable service & delivery levels;
E.In compliance with Eaton procurement policy and T&Cs; Monitors and reports Operations' compliance to service agreements and strategy
F.Assist all functions in negotiating long term contracts to ensure optimal supply and cost structures as well as filling
G.Data collection and analysis with accuracy, with ERP system maintenance if need.
H.Support APAC indirect manager to establishes and leads regional/country cross-functional, multi operation supplier selection process teams
I.Keep efficient communication within user department and SCM interfaces
K.Liaison with all levels of Eaton businesses and external vendors/suppliers whilst maintaining excellent customer relationships;
L.Eaton System monitor and maintenance, to keep the data accuracy (CODB, e-Room etc.)
M. Drive IDM annual goal achievement(COST out, DPO, ECOOTHI etc)
N.ommunicate among related functions to effectively resolve purchasing issues and maximize customer satisfaction;
O.Supervision the site Indirect Purchasing team . Provide guidance and people management.
"## Qualifications:college or above
o At least 8 years related working and 5 years+ management experience.## Skills:"• Have understanding of the business unit needs at a sub-regional level
- Understands technical specifications, product performance requirements, manufacturing processes, and end user expectations
- Possesses strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Ability to develop and negotiate effective commercial contracts on behalf of Eaton.
- Maintains awareness of other functional roles and responsibilities and how they support Corporate and business objectives
- Possesses intimate knowledge of labor industry trends and risks
- Has e-Procurement implementation experience
- Understands international tax, duty, tariff implications for global commodities"
