- Responsible for new products & new suppliers search, industry use survey and supplier field survey collection & analysis.
- Create purchasing plan, review purchasing requirement, deal with material requisition, adopt appropriate purchasing method and assign to appropriate supplier.
- Supplier management and relationship maintenance. Establish supplier performance assessment standards, measure supplier performance to ensure the supplier's performance is up to requirement.
- Responsible for contacting and negotiating with suppliers, including pricing benchmarking & negotiation, payment terms negotiation, drafting and signing of framework contract & NDA agreement, etc.
- Take appropriate emergency actions or follow up as required to resolve contractual disputes with suppliers.
- Keep abreast of the price changes of raw materials market and the application situation of the industry and share with the team in a timely manner to improve the cost performance of products.
- Search for alternative materials and alternative suppliers of purchased goods.
- Prepare and enhance relevant procedures and management documents of purchasing department.
- Communicate and deal with the abnormity of incoming material quality and quantity after sale.
- Responsible and ensure that all purchasing actions are taken in accordance with relevant policies, regulations and ethics.
- 10+ years and above of experience in Robotics product and or Small home appliance industry
- Knowledge/Experience of electronic products, small home appliances related manufacturing process, Strong background & experience in EE components (MCU, ICs etc) purchasing.
- Excellent communication, Interpersonal & effective negotiation skills
- Teamwork orientated, self-motivated & able to work Independently
- Strong supplier quality, project management & mechanical & electrical engineering background
- High work ethic and attitude
- Hardworking and flexible working time
- Able to work in a very fast paced environment as a team member
- Good communication in English, written and oral, is a MUST. Good skill in office software, like Excel and Access.
- Be flexible for domestic and international travel.
