- Manage materials(Raws & Packs) orders according to Henkel purchasing policy and procurement process, including delivery follow-up, systems maintain, collecting purchasing documents, orders OTIF etc.
- Follow related procedures from SHE, Warehouse, Import, Quality etc. while managing materials orders.Deal with orders change request to support production and customers change requirements, identify and solve supply risk and escalate in time.
- Handle plant suppliers management and evaluation about OTIF, service, ISO systems。
- Participate in internal and external audits from ISO Systems (ISO9001,ISO14001, ISO27001 ), IATF16949, AEO, customers, prepare and collect related documents.
- Support for new/improvement projects. Assist manager to implement team SOP, internal policy, and multi processes optimization.
- Complete other tasks assigned by line manager.
- Exceptional skills in relationship management, change management, communication, and cross function collaborations.
- Ready to take challenges and make decision under different scenarios.
- Data analysis skill and problem solving.
- Good English reading and writing skills, and familiar with international trade is best.
