- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and fit the organizational culture
- Conduct interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers based on thorough evaluations
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-informed decisions
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process
- Embed Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access (DEIA) principles in all recruitment activities
- Proven experience in recruitment or a related HR role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-informed decisions
- Experience with DEIA principles and the ability to incorporate them into the recruitment process
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
