- Responsible for the team member dormitory’s daily operations, ensuring that team members are well behaved and follow dormitory management rules, the environment and all facilities are safe.
- Ensure all check in / out procedures are well managed and recorded.
- Assist to build up the safety and hygiene check and evaluation standards, implement periodical checks and follow-up on actions for improvement.
- Manage subordinates’ work attendance and conduct performance reviews.
- Maintain effective communication with live-in team members, improving the service in accordance with team members’ opinions and suggestions.
- Train and support team members to ensure good quality performance from them.
- Conduct effective communication with the Landlord, responsible for prompt maintenance or replacements where necessary as well as disseminating any information from the Landlord to the people concerned.
- Ensure that all posters in the dormitory are updated promptly.
- Listen to in-house team members and give proper feedback and reports to the HR leader.
- Coordinate team member activities in the dormitory area.
- Manage well and maintain the public area facilities in good condition, monitoring stock management and records.
- Promptly submit related reports and purchasing requests to ensure the smooth operation of the dormitory as well as effective cost control.
- Work with the Safety & Security team to do safety checks and manage the CCTV system.
- Report dormitory utility expenses and promptly apply for payment.
- Motivate team members on open communication through proper methods.
- Setup team goals and lead the team to achieve it, contributing to the HR department’s and hotel’s achievement.
- Promptly complete any other tasks assigned by your HR leader.
- Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- High School degree and above.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position in an international branded hotel or comparable industry.
- Good communication, organization and coordination skills.
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
- Patient and flexible.
- Able to maintain excellent relations with team members.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Familiar with computer systems, preferred.
