- Master’s degree in Biotechnology or related life science fields is required, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- 3+ years of experience in multinational companies, particularly in the life science or reagent industry.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (oral and written).
- Deep understanding of life science reagent manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., GMP) and regulatory requirements.
