Drive and grow Lincoln Electric China's domestic and export sales revenue/profit by delivering premium products, solutions, and customer service. Lead a high-performing team to serve diverse client segments, including automotive, heavy industry, energy, and more‌.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel sales strategies with realistic forecasts to achieve corporate targets.
  • Strengthen the Lincoln Electric brand identity and market positioning across China and export markets.
  • Design data-driven pricing and geographic strategies to optimise long-term market share and profitability.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities; pivot strategies as needed.
  • Cultivate relationships with industry leaders, key accounts, and strategic partners.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals while mentoring sales teams.
  • Deliver periodic sales reports (volume, pipeline, expansion opportunities) and training programs.
‌Extensive Market Coverage (Auto, Energy, Heavy Industry etc)Scalable Team Structure (KA, BD, Channel management)Education:‌ BA required; MBA preferred.Experience:‌
  • 10+ years in sales leadership (100M+ revenue responsibility) in industrial sector.
  • Knowledge of welding solutions
  • Proven success in multi-product/channel environments (industrial sectors preferred), business development and Key account management.
Skills:‌
  • Financial analysis and strategic planning.
  • 60% travel readiness; process-driven leadership.
Languages:‌ Fluent English (additional languages a plus).‌Core Competencies:‌ Creativity, ownership, team collaboration, talent development.
