- Good knowledge of how to profile, model, analyse and report on all data, cross-channel, to gain insights for business purposes and decision making.
- Thorough knowledge of how to assess and mitigate risks in a business environment.
- General knowledge of how to set up a plan or framework for programs and work structures in order to meet the standards set by government laws and regulations as well as internal IKEA policies.
- Thorough understanding of business requirements on market and unit level
- Lead the development to secure state of art tools and working method in strategic and enterprise risk management for all Ingka companies in China, also in line with Ingka group development direction and requirement
- Lead the continuous development of country risk appetite and tolerance
- Lead the development of a system of internal control for all Ingka China companies including a set of common policies and standards
- Responsible for mitigation plans and reporting for country top 10 risks
- Lead the development for new business concept assessment and action as contact window for assigned new projects
- Be the owner of China Business Continuity Plan and ensure it's up to date to meet the changing business needs
- Lead the development of operational quality assurance program for all Ingka China companies
- Responsible for Business Risk & Compliance general reporting
- Be a matrix partner for all compliance activities in Ingka China business
