- Teach the subject of English to high school students ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
- Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
- Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
- Assess and monitor students' progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
- Develop supportive and safe learning environments
- Bachelor's degree or above of related majors
- Two years or above high school English teaching experience
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
- Teaching experience in IETLS or TOEFL is preferred
- Monthly salary of 28,000 to 30,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
- Monthly housing allowance of 8,000 RMB
- Summer and Winter holidays (approx. 2-3 months total)
