- Sales Data Analysis & Reporting:
1. Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
2. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales force.
3. Provide actionable insights to sales leadership to support decision-making.
- Target hospital management and target setting:
1. Conduct thorough analysis to categorize hospitals based on factors such as patient volume, therapeutic area relevance, potential, and strategic importance.
2. Develop a segmentation framework to prioritize hospitals for targeted engagement.
3. Define clear, measurable, and realistic targets for each hospital, aligned with overall sales and brand strategies.
4. Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure targets are tailored to regional dynamics and account-specific opportunities.
5. Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize resource allocation and prioritize high-value opportunities.
- Territory Management:
1. Support territory alignment processes to ensure equitable distribution of workload and coverage.
2. Analyze territory performance and recommend adjustments to improve efficiency.
- Sales Process Support:
1. Collaborate with sales teams to streamline workflows and reduce administrative burdens.
2. Ensure alignment of sales processes with compliance standards and organizational policies.
- In charge of business implementation planning for specific brand development and BIP plan communication
- In charge of the Execution Excellence of the engagement triggered by CFTs including KPIsJob Requirements:
- Proven experience (8+ years) in SFE related roles including target setting, territory alignment and business diagnosis
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Analytic skill and business driven
- Language: Fluency in in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
