
Trade Marketing Manager

- Development, delivery and execution of marketing materials & programs for national distributors and all related channels e.g. COFCO, C&D, Vats & LJLJ, potentially with scope extension to cover Ecommerce and national retailers
- Delivery of every piece of non-ATL related brand content, POS & trade presenters
- Takes the core brand activity and then makes it work across national distributor channel and its customers network
- Developing the go to market strategy and clear picture of success for sales execution for activities such as NPD, Online Promotions, and store renovation on ecommerce platform
- FMCG brand or trade marketing experience, 8 + years preferred
- FMCG sales experience will be beneficial
- Proven leadership and influencing skills to drive delivery of business objectives
- Strong project management & planning skills
- A clear and confident communicator who can build strong relationships
- Ability to work autonomously and self-regulate workflow and approvals as necessary
- Proven experience in creation and implementation of Ecommerce programs
- Experience in managing agencies
- Experience in managing $A&P budgets
