- Responsible for Henkel HC Retail Line (including styling segment) national EC channel's business development and major results (topline and bottom-line)'s delivery.
- Generate category long-term and short-term improvement plan, with measurable building blocks plan, detail action activities and by store types' of priorities setting for national EC channel's key retailers.
- Deep dive/Dig out Key Platforms X Category X Shopper insights to define and manage Hair Care category 4P guidance for national EC, which eventually helps Henkel HC products' strong sell-through, best-in-class in-store/O2O platform performance and margin/CVE growth for key EC retailers.
- Improve company investment efficiency to achieve better P&L of hair care category especially for EC channel.
- Co-work with cross brand delivery team and sales to deliver sales result.
- Responsible for top EC retailer's hair care category annual growth plan and detailed action plans' holistic development, need to provide field sales team with meaningful building blocks and actionable priorities setting.
- In charge of deployment of major portfolio and NPD launch plan on EC channel's key banners or business unit level with enabling tool and activation.
- Deploy category building block from channel level to business unit level, and coordinate with cross functions to prepare the essential resources about 6P to facilitate the building block, e.g. shopper-based e-content design, promotion guidelines, efficient assortment strategy…etc.
- Develop brand commercial programs or activities in line with growth strategy.
- Responsible for brand/segment level business opportunity and mitigation plan identification, monthly catch up with channel (top banners' sales team)/ BU to review brand level sales result, work out solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- At least 8+ years working experience in FMCG industry (MT and trade marketing experience is a plus).
- Sales experience or EC channel sales experience or EC key platform's purchase experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership capability is requirement, be capable to envision, engage, enable team members and understand how to execute.
- Proficient in English speaking, business writing and presentation skill-set.
- Proficient in data analysis, be capable of getting insights from data and could re-apply to generate solutions for specific business challenges or questions.
- Positive relationships and collaboration skills with others, strong teamwork capabilities. Good communication skill and strong impact/influence power both internal and external.
