
General Manager of Hotel Division (Owner Representative)

- Develop and implement a strategic plan for the hotel division, in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans for the hotels.
- Act as the primary point of contact and representative of the owner's interests with the international hotel operators.
- Ensure that the hotels are operated in accordance with the management agreements and the owner's directives.
- Oversee the negotiation and renewal of management contracts with the hotel operators.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the hotel operators, providing regular feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Implement and maintain effective systems for property management, financial controls, and compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Work closely with the hotel operators to optimize pricing, occupancy rates, and overall revenue performance.
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the hotel operators, local authorities, and community leaders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role overseeing multiple properties.
