- Grasp new digital trend and social environment, have good understanding on target audience and supporters' insights and behavior based on data, and give sound suggestion to campaign design; skilled in building and managing project schedules and timeline;
- Work on cross-departmental project teams -- and in some cases lead those teams and facilitate the projects -- as well as with the Communications Manager to develop and execute creative digital strategies that help achieve campaign and engagement objectives. Formulate communication strategy and maintain media relationships in projects if assigned by the Communications Manager.
- Work with the Communications Manager to plan and implement social media output strategies on a variety of Greenpeace's platforms in Mainland China including WeChat, Weibo, Douyin etc.
- Developing credible actions for supporters that support the project's campaign and engagement objectives
- Independently create compelling visual content for WeChat and other social platforms to help promote Greenpeace campaigns.
- Working with vendors, consultants and contractors to help implement any proposed engagement plans.
- Coordinate campaign and communications staff to align with the supporter engagement strategy.
