- Develop and implement the content strategy and calendar for The Red and Douyin with a strong focus on cross-border markets.
- Collaborate with KOLs, and agencies to produce content that aligns with brand tone and local regulations.
- Plan and coordinate media buying and advertising campaigns across platforms to maximize reach and engagement
- Lead performance tracking and optimization, analyzing engagement, CTR, and conversion data to refine future content.
- Work closely with e-commerce teams to ensure seamless user journeys from social to conversion.
- Conduct thorough industry and competitor analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in target market.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, new Media or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in social content creation or digital marketing within FMCG, baby care, or mom-related categories. Candidates with less experience will be consider for executive .
- Proven track record in the Red and Douyin content performance marketing, ideally for brands targeting mothers.
- Strong understanding of China's social media ecosystem, influencer marketing, and conversion metrics.
- Strong writing and visual storytelling skills in Mandarin (native-level).
- Experience collaborating with creative production and agency partners.
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable working with metrics such as engagement, reach, conversion rate, and cost per action
- Familiarity with infant nutrition and sensitivity to related advertising compliance.
- Experience integrating social content with e-commerce platforms (Tmall, JD, Douyin Mall, or WeChat Mini Programs).
- Creative thinker with a passion for mom community insights and digital storytelling.
