Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership:Design, implement, and oversee project management frameworks to ensure effective execution of organizational priorities
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Promote agile processes to break down silos and enable seamless collaboration across teams and departments
  • Agile Transformation:Lead and guide teams in adopting Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe®, to deliver faster, more iterative results
  • Governance & Best Practices:Develop and enforce project management best practices, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational goals
  • Resource Optimization:Advise on resource allocation to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring the optimal use of technical and human resources
  • Performance Monitoring:Track, measure, and report on project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs to ensure accountability and transparency
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Agile Expertise:Proficiency in Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe®, along with strong project management skills
  • Strategic Planning:Ability to connect business objectives with technical execution and ensure alignment across all stakeholders
  • Technical Acumen:Familiarity with digital transformation tools and technologies, such as cloud migration, AI integration, and DevOps practices
  • Leadership & Communication:Exceptional communication and leadership skills to empower teams and stakeholders at all levels
  • Industry Knowledge:A deep understanding of digital environments and fast-paced, iterative delivery processes
  • Certifications (Preferred):PMP, SAFe®, or Certified Scrum Master are a plus.
