- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant field
- More than 5 years of experience in complex collection environment, familiar with the entire process of risk control and dispute resolution
- Have good sense of collection, be willing to actively contact customers to solve the dispute and speed up collection as daily priority
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills is required to solve complex collection issue
- Strong learning ability, hardworking with good sense of responsibility, be willing to accept ad hoc job
- Good English communication skill
- Good at office software, collection data analysis skills is required
- Able to read and write in Korean, fluent in spoken Korean is preferred
- Experience for overseeing project is preferred, typically in APAC regions
- Follow up Collection SOP to contact customers to ask for payment
- Manages and resolves complex collection cases, involving extensive analysis and negotiation with clients
- Manages the Accounts Receivable portfolio including overdue invoices, and ensures the organization maintains healthy cash flow
- Optimizes the collection process, improving payment timelines, and driving customer satisfaction
- Responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives that align with the organization's financial objectives
