This role collaborates with a wide variety of stakeholders and carries a high degree of organizational visibility. The Marketing Communications Specialist, Senior, will: Partner with Digital Strategy, Product Marketing, SEO, and Development teams to deliver effective content for the website, supporting each stage of the customer journey Create new or update existing web pages using Adobe Experience Manager for desktop and various mobile devices Manage digital projects from start to finish, including feasibility analysis, timeline estimation, asset collection, page builds, design QA, and feedback loop management Conduct QA testing on finished digital experiences across breakpoints and device types to ensure seamless deployment with IT and UX teams Contribute to the creation of new components and system enhancements with the Product Owner for AEM, as well as Systems Analysts, Project Managers, and Developers Experience in a web content/management capacity with wider digital marketing awareness Experience and comfort leading projects, providing status updates to groups, and presenting information Experience using a website content management system (CMS), preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Understanding of modern best practices across SEO, email campaigns, blogs and customer experience to drive brand awareness Flexibility to work across multiple regions and adjusting hours based on stakeholders needs English language proficiency 2+ years of experience in website content or digital project management Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Basic front-end development skills, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc Experience with project management tools like Jira or Adobe Workfront Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma * Experience with translated/regionalized digital content A willingness to learn new technologies, with a can-do attitude A high level of attention to detail when completing work independently Ability to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders across multiple regions Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. OR Associate's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
