- Proactively identify value-add opportunities for advanced CRM data analytics across the functions.
- Responsible for CRM campaign analysis, segmentation, KPI measurement and more.
- Data visualization and providing data insights.
- Work closely with MKT team, Retail team, Ecommerce team, and Tech team to deliver comprehensive execution towards CRM tactics.
- Enhance organization's omni-channels data capabilities and use of data.
