This role manages and grows relationships with financial institutions by delivering integrated banking solutions across cash, trade, markets, and treasury products. You will report to the Beijing GM and collaborate closely with regional teams to support cross‑border business.
  • Manage a portfolio of banking and non‑bank FI clients while building long‑term strategic partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions across trade finance, cash management, FX, derivatives, custody, clearing, and structured financing.
  • Lead FI credit processes including due diligence, risk assessments, and annual reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC/AML and regulatory requirements across all client engagements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across product, legal, compliance, and operations to support multi‑market transactions.
  • Represent the institution in client meetings and industry forums to enhance relationship visibility.

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in FI coverage, FIG, corporate banking, or financial markets.
  • Strong understanding of FI business models, regulatory environments, and credit frameworks.
  • Solid product knowledge across cash, trade, FX, derivatives, treasury, custody, and clearing.
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical capability, and ability to manage complex transactions.
  • English fluency; regional language capability is beneficial.
