- Responsible for escalation and troubleshooting of any rate, rate card and routing guide issue
- Responsible for support to the Harman Logistical Team for calculations
- Responsible for the upload / download and communication of all procurement related materials in internal and external systems
- Responsible to divide the work with the Procurement Assistance, which can be based in other regions
- Work together on assigned project with the BNS Chicago Sourcing Team on behalf of the 4PL Control Tower Clients
- Work together with the Senior BA's and Regional Teams in communication and execution of related matters
- Conducts reviews with Senior BA's to understand performance trends and captures improvement plans as required.
- Supplies report outs of trends to external stakeholders
- Documents technical requirements as needed to allow for IT development teams to improve or fix software platform
- Conducts testing as required for technical changes and improvements
- Work together with the Senior BA's to develop dashboards and other BI tools for both internal and external stakeholders
- Supports regional 4PL teams with data driven projects and analysis
- Controls and manages updates to master data
- Supplies data and analysis for projects and sourcing events as required.
- Perform special reviews and projects as needed
- Work and act in EDCR Projects for costs savings, avoidance and reductions
- Strong analytical capabilities

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Logistical Experience
- Demonstration of business acumen required
- Industry experience
- Sound understanding of a service organization
- International Business Experience
- 5% travel as required, may be more during implementation periods
- Meetings and conference calls may be required outside of normal business hours to allow for global participation.
