This role will be focused on managing the procurement and logistics activity within the business to ensure efficient management of the procurement of products, solutions, service operations, strategy and targets, whilst ensuring strong leadership of the procurement functionHow You'll Make an Impact

Manage procurement activities within SEAN, ensuring alignment with business unit strategies.

Collaborate with the business to define and implement an efficient Procurement Strategy focused on savings and synergies.

Oversee daily procurement operations to meet product, service, and solution targets effectively.

Provide leadership and management to the Procurement team, fostering a compliant and strategic work environment.

Act as Commodity leader for specific commodities to secure optimal value solutions based on expertise.

Ensure adherence to Corporate Procurement policies and strategic initiatives while meeting business requirements.

Lead end-to-end sourcing for business projects, establishing accurate processes and controlling procurement activities.

Conduct analysis of supply scope, risks, and opportunities, while supporting bid preparation and negotiations to enhance project outcomes.

What You Bring

Degree-level education or equivalent experience, preferably in engineering related major.

Extensive experience in senior procurement roles, both operational and strategic.

Strong commercial and contractual negotiation skills for diverse products, solutions, and service commodities.

In-depth knowledge of purchasing techniques for manufacturing and project-related equipment, goods, and services.

Practical understanding of contract law and its application in procurement contexts.

Proficient in analyzing procurement volumes and data to inform strategies.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in presentations and meetings.

Self-motivated and adaptable, capable of working under pressure and leading a Procurement Team effectively.
