- Establish and maintain good relationship with end users and different level of distributors.
- Develop and present/lead the presentation of KA communications to the customer.
- Understand customer needs, customer and market insights to formulate Business Plan with the customer.
- Get information from customer and monitor with Areas to improve service level and promotion execution for customer.
- Seek for potential customers and business opportunities in China to support the profitability growth of the Kerry China via both retail and food services.
- Support the quarterly forecasting processes through proactive cooperation within the commercial team in China.
- Proactively monitor the payment performance of the defined customers and actively take measures in cooperation with the credit control function to ensure timely payment of customer invoices
- Other responsibilities assigned by supervisor.

- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3-10 years relative working experience, ingredients & flavors working experience is preferred
- Familiar with commercial methodology and tools
- Price setting and margin management
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experienced in communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly
