- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- 6+ years of technical program management experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years experiences managing complex technology projects with aggressive schedules
- 5+ years experiences leading high performing, technologically savvy teams
- 5+ years experiences leading ODM program or equivalent work experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Master's degree in relevant discipline
- Proficient at creating and tracking product development schedules, managing and tracking complex issues, and cost
- Solid understanding of product development processes (PDP) and related methodologies
- Hands-on program management experience on smart (AI) speakers
- Strong understanding of technical requirements for technology integration
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent oral and writing communication skills
- Superior thinking and analysis skills
