In your new role you will:
- Manage and maintain the official learning platform and internal training systems, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless user experience.
- Provide timely and effective support to the users, answering questions and resolving issues related to the platform and training content.
- Collaborate with business segments to understand their training needs and develop relevant, impactful training programs.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the platform and training programs to both internal and external audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in training and development, and make recommendations for improvement.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Experience: Prior experience in training and development, with a focus on managing learning platforms or training systems (or similar responsibilities).
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively deliver training and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Language: Fluent in written and spoken English for business and training purposes.
