- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for AI models and systems.
- Define testing strategies and methodologies tailored to generative AI applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design effective test scenarios.
- Execute manual and automated tests to validate AI models and their outputs.
- Perform functional, regression, performance testing on AI systems.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues through to resolution.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Utilize AI-specific testing tools and frameworks to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
- Explore and implement new tools and technologies to improve the testing process.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of AI models by validating data inputs, model training processes, and outputs.
- Conduct thorough reviews of AI model performance, accuracy, and fairness.
- Monitor and report on testing progress, results, and quality metrics.
- Should be able to highlight and escalate risks/impediments to the SM
- Constant communication and follow-ups with various stake holders to track deliverables during test planning, preparation and execution phases as applicable.
- Send out daily status report with accurate execution and defect metrics to SM for the agreed cut off time set for the application release/project.
- Participate in project meetings to provide feedback and statistics of the project in relation to the test quality.

- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. WRB Tech - Quality EngineeringQualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of Banking Domain Application
- Develop, execute, and maintain test cases for RESTful APIs.
- Identify, log, and track defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
- Create test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to enhance product quality.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, particularly generative AI.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Experience with AI testing tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools (e.g., Jenkins, Selenium).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Creating test cases for scenarios on confusion matrix [True positive, True Negative, False Positive, False Negative].
