- By unifying customer data, media analytics, and AI-driven insights, you'll orchestrate personalized journeys across digital and physical touchpoints (e.g., media, e-commerce, retail).
- Experience: 7+ years in data product management, customer analytics, or MarTech (e.g., CDP, CRM, marketing automation platforms).
- Strong knowledge in data management practices, tagging, segmentation, database design, data warehousing, data modeling and visualization.
- Familiar with retail/luxury industries, understanding daily operation of media, E-commerce, CRM, store operations
