Position Purpose Description:As the owner of related digital product, lead seamless translation of business needs into finance transformation roadmaps, design and track executable plans to unlock operational value and embed change benefits into commercial cycle. Build related digital product with deployment to unlock financial data asset potential, identify growth signals via advanced analyticsPosition Responsibility：1. Diagnose operational pain points and architect E2E finance process redesign2. Understand the data flow of finance and business and design a reasonable data link to break the silo.3. Develop transformation roadmap with quantified commercial value per phase and related projects management4. Change management. Deploy change toolkits to drive behavioral shift5. Build dashboards and visibility to feed transformation outcomes into commercial cycle6. Deploy finance AI copilots and auto-insight push systems (e.g. anomaly alerts/opportunity triggers)Qualification :1.Finance/Business management or tech background, Bachelor and above2.Finance, operation, project management, information system knowledge3.Great Oral and Written English skills. Visio, python or SQL as a plus4.3 Years and above Global FMCG or consulting firm experience.
