This role works closely with commercial and operational teams to drive equipment sales growth and margin improvement, ensure strong compliance and internal control, and support key business projects and financial consolidation for SV China.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance Business PartneringServe as a trusted finance partner to SV China FLS & OSD and HK SV commercial teams.Provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support business decision-making.Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations to drive equipment sales performance and margin (%) improvement.Partner on pricing strategy, deal structure, and profitability evaluation.Performance ManagementLead monthly and quarterly financial performance review, including sales, margin, and cost analysis.Track business KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and proactively propose corrective actions.Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning aligned with business objectives.Compliance & Internal ControlEnsure full compliance with company policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.Partner with compliance and internal audit teams to maintain a strong control environment.Review and monitor business transactions to ensure adherence to approval and delegation frameworks.Projects & Business InitiativesActively support and finance-lead key business projects, including new initiatives, process improvements, and transformation programs.Provide financial evaluation, business case development, and post-implementation tracking for projects.Consolidation & ReportingContribute to SV China financial consolidation processEnsure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting.Assist in management presentations and regional/global reporting requirements.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.5–8 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in Finance BP, commercial finance, or healthcare/medtech industries.Solid understanding of P&L management, margin analysis, and equipment sales models.Strong knowledge of financial controls and compliance.Key CompetenciesStrong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.Required Skills:Preferred Skills: Analytical Reasoning, Budgeting, Business Behavior, Coaching, Communication, Consulting, Data Savvy, Econometric Models, Execution Focus, Financial Analysis, Financial Modeling, Financial Planning, Financial Reports, Financial Risk Management (FRM), Learning Agility, Microsoft Office, Operational Excellence, Problem Solving, Stakeholder Management
