The Finance PMO Senior Manager will lead and oversee project management operations within the finance department, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. This role is based in Shanghai and requires expertise in the PMO/strategy domains.

Maintain the end‑to‑end transformation roadmap and ensure cross‑project alignment (BI, Master Data, Sales, P&L, KPI Tree, etc.)
Define and enforce project management standards, templates, and methodologies
Track portfolio health, risks, dependencies, and resource utilization for leadership reporting
Coordinate dependencies and resource allocation across multiple projects
Lead governance meetings and ensure clear decision-making and follow-up
Enhance project management processes and maintain knowledge repositories
Coach project owners on methodologies and governance practices
Support change management communications and track user adoption metrics

Project management certification preferred.Experience: 5-8 years of project management experience, including 3+ years in PMO or portfolio management. Proven experience in full‑lifecycle finance digital transformation initiatives.Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid); proficiency with PM tools; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with financial systems (ERP, BI, planning tools) a plus.Analytical Skills: Ability to synthesize complex project data into actionable insights; strong risk and performance analysis capabilities; proactive problem-solving mindset.Communication & Interpersonal: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; strong facilitation abilities; effective in complex, matrixed environments.Other Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple priorities; collaborative and service-minded team player.Our client organisation is a well-established player in the consumer industry, known for its extensive reach and innovative practices.
