- Implements the global and local business strategy and ensures business development in the area of responsibility.
- Develops proactive strategies/initiatives to increase business profits, customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness, and managing resources and competences.
- Ensures profitable business growth through development of performance targets and leads the Service unit to achieve targets.
- Evaluates the market opportunities and decides appropriate commercial activities on service portfolio to capture the opportunities.
- Drives productivity, delivery performance and cost optimization.
- Delivers operational/project targets (e.g. OTD, lead time, quality, ease of doing business, etc.) to improve net promoter score (NPS).
- Develops a customer centric and continuous improvement culture. Improves service technology, competence, field engineering tools and capabilities, business processes and procedures in line with the business strategy.
- Drives the business growth in tight collaboration with peers from local business lines and global Customer Service management team.
- Ensures Health, Safety and Integrity as a license to operate with adequate processes and controls and sharing functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with 10+ years of experience in the automation industry, 8+ years of experience in leadership role
- Sound financial business understanding, experience in P&L responsibilities
- Commercially savvy in service business
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Proven and strong communication, influencing, stakeholder management and change management skills
- Fluency in both Chinese and English, and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
