
Legal Manager, MNC Manufacturing

- Provide comprehensive legal advice to the APAC regional management team on a wide range of matters, including but not limited to commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and corporate governance. Ensure that all business operations in the region comply with relevant local and international laws and regulations.
- Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial contracts, such as supply agreements, distribution contracts, and marketing partnerships. Ensure that the company's legal interests are well-protected in all contractual arrangements.
- Oversee and manage any litigation or dispute resolution matters. Coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary and develop appropriate legal strategies to resolve disputes in the company's b/e/s/t interests.
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to provide legal support and guidance in their day-to-day activities. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation.
- Manage and protect the company's intellectual property rights in the region, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights. Handle any intellectual property-related disputes or infringement issues.
- Obtained a law degree from a recognized university, with a PRC bar qualification being an advantage.
- 5-8 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a multinational corporate environment or a law firm with a focus on commercial and corporate law. Experience in the plant is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English.
- A good understanding of business operations and the ability to provide practical legal advice that balances legal risks and business objectives.
