
Regional Sales Manager, Aftermarket

- Working with the Sales and Service Teams, develop and implement a lead and sales development strategy that identifies customer needs based on installed analyzers, age, duty, serviceability and up-time requirements. All initiatives will be designed to improve the volume of spare parts and secure preventative maintenance programs that improves direct sales and sales through regional channel partners.
- Working with the service team to build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business that improves customer satisfaction.
- Perform duties as directed by the Manager, Global Aftermarket
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Marketing, or Physics.
- 5+ years or more in sales of instrumentation into industrial markets.
- 5+ years in sales management as regional or district sales engineer.
- Possess knowledge of process analyzers and applications in major industry markets.
- Travel commitments: approximately 50% of domestic and regional/international travel.
- Delivering orders and revenue growth targets.
- Continued development of the distributors and channel partners. Improve proactive performance.
- Driving cultural change across the business, with customers and with channel partners
