- Managed of direct & indirect regional sales resources (Indirect could be Internal & External)
- Drive a balanced scorecard in the region
- Assessments of direct resource's skillsets + development plan
- Build Annual Regional Plan (verticalized & local) & Monthly Orders (Wins + Flow) Forecast w/ Top Opps
- GTM & Channel Strategy defined in each region
- Final authority on Regional Channel Tiering & Authorization
- In-Region Account Plans and Channel Plans
- Primary responsibility to go after the new account acquisition (defined future roles)
- Primary account management responsibility
- Local distribution branch management (for nationals & key independents)
- Maximize customer-facing time
- Point person in terms of local projects (supported by teams in vertical, powertrain or business)
- Develop the sufficiency to meet quota, Quality & Win % Accuracy
- Balanced scorecard of Funnel Sufficiency
- Enter all opportunities, with exception of direct owned vertical OEMs
- Utilization of standard CRM tools & processes
- Local Events/Tradeshows & Activities
- Execution of local channel strategies/programs
- Ensure lead follow up from Marketing Teams
- Division level forcast (Monthly)
- Identification of Must Win Opportunities (Balanced Scorecard)
- Support cash collections as needed
- Communicate & Collaborate with other AMC & PES Segments (lead sharing, etc.)
- Ownership of Conveying Sales Quota in the region
- Support all reporting functions (ie. regional performance for POR)
- Plan & organize customer visits with non-sales personnel
- Sales Efficiency & best deployment of resources
- College or bachelor’s degree, major in mechanical engineering is preferred.
- Minim 10 years of sales experience in industrial manufacturing industry.
- Understanding of internal and external environment that will have impact on company sales target and good ability to anticipate technological and market trend.
- Deep understanding of assigned sales division, such as customer business model, customer characteristics, industry cycle and etc.
- Strong sales team management experience and teamwork spirit with the ability to encourage sales team to finish aggressive sales targets.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good at project management, good organization, and coordination ability.
- Good written and oral English skills is preferred.
- Proficient with MS office tools.
- Initiative, willing to learn new knowledge, attentive to details, and team spirit.
