- Collaborate closely with WPS team to understand business requirements and deliver tailored data analytics support and solutions. Develop and execute data analytics strategies aligned with business objectives to inform and drive data-informed decision-making
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define end-to-end data requirements, enforce data accuracy and integrity standards, and lead data cleansing and integration initiatives
- Design, build, and deploy interactive data visualization tools and dashboards to translate complex insights into actionable information for stakeholders at all levels
- Leverage advanced data analytics tools and methodologies to develop, validate, and optimize predictive models and algorithms for investment and wealth management solutions, deliver customized client-centric strategies
- Support the WPS team’s customer engagement needs, including RM lead generation and manual SMS outreach, as required. Utilize data-driven analysis to identify and generate high-quality investment sales leads, directly contributing to improved sales performance and conversion rates
- Collaborate with global teams to process and deliver wealth-related data and analysis deliverables
- Experience in one or multiple skills in data / business analytics in the financial domains
- Proven experience in the investment and wealth management solutions field, with a strong analytical background in data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling, with hands-on experience using tools such as Python, R, and SQL
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with different departments and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking, able to translate complex business problems into data analytics solutions
- In-depth knowledge of wealth management market dynamics and product offerings; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP, FRM) or advanced degrees are highly preferred
- Good English communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with domestic and international teams
