- Demonstrated success in managing complex programs across diverse stakeholders, with a focus on delivering business impact and consumer-centric outcomes.
- BA/BS in related field or MBA preferred
- Strong expertise in content, marketing, or e-commerce-related projects, with a track record of shaping consumer-facing programs
- Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear and persuasive narratives that influence and align stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to connect creative thinking with business objectives, working across functions and with external partners such as creative or media agencies.
