
Project Management Manager

- Serve as a key connection to the Project Management Office (PMO) leader.
- Assist in assembling and presenting projects’ status reports.
- Determine and define scope and objectives.
- Assist in outlining best practices for how
- Support clear, concise and accurate risk and issue monitoring and management including coaching team members.
- PM role to coordinate with all key stakeholders of external/satellite tools for activities related to Phase 2 and 3.
- PM role to coordinate all data activities for Phase 2
- PM role to coordinate all infrastructure readiness activities (buying of any equipment required or wi-fi upgrade etc.) between program team, business stakeholders and IT infrastructure team.
- This role maintains holistic visibility on status of development activities and set-up for testing events and go-live.
- Manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
- Assist the Procurement Department in Master Service Agreements and Statement of Work information.
- Assist in implementing and maturing capacity planning.
- Remain flexible in an ever-changing environment to support the PMO Department activities that arise in an ad hoc fashion.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership, drive results, solve problems, and possess interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Capable of managing crises as and when they arise.
- Self-starter with a commitment to delivering high quality work in a dynamic fast paced environment.
- Solid knowledge of Master data, system integration and Infrastructure readiness within SAP S4 implementation
- A bachelor's degree in project management, or a similar field.
- A minimum of 15 years’ experience as a project manager, or a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of project management strategies, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience in using popular project management tools such as Smartsheets, Jira, HP ALM, Microsoft Project.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- ERP implementation experience a plus
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Proven experience delivering complex and global scale projects in an international and multicultural environment.
