  • Responsible for maintenance ISPQF system.
  • Responsible for product inquiry and proceed.
  • Responsible for contact with Digital department and deal with related work.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, Computer Science (with metallurgy domain knowledge), or Industrial Engineering, or related.
  • At least 2 years of experience maintaining or supporting manufacturing execution systems (MES), quality management systems (QMS), or similar process flow platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving to distinguish between system bugs, data entry errors, or real process deviations.
  • Communication to translate between metallurgical engineers and digital/IT teams.
  • Detail orientation to maintain data integrity
