Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, Quality Management, or a related field
  • more than 3 years of quality system management experience in steel manufacturing (integrated mill or mini-mill)
  • Proven track record of successfully passing industry-specific system certifications
  • Cross-department coordination (operations, maintenance, lab, sales, shipping).
  • Root cause analysis using steel industry tools (fishbone, 5-Why, 8D).
  • Strong audit readiness and attention to detail.
